Use timelapse-darktable

timelapse-darktable: make your time lapse easy thanks to open-source community!

If you are familiar with darktable, you know that it is a powerful software to treat your raw images (and even JPG).
timelapse-darktable is based on this marvelous software to enhance your timelapse and make it brilliant!

To use the last executable of timelapse-darktable type this command line to download the latest version:

svn checkout http://timelapse-darktable.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/jar timelapse-darktable-read-only

Then execute the downloaded JAR (right click --> execute with Open with OpenJDK).

Current version has been used successfully in the examples below with darktable 1.4.

Dependencies
timelapse-darktable requires that darktable, convert, octave and mencoder are installed.

To install these softwares on Ubuntu, type this command-line in a terminal:
sudo apt-get install darktable convert octave mencoder

Project is still in development waiting for motivated volunteers!

For now, timelapse-darktable is still in development, but you can already use it for your timelapse with very good results and give your feedback here. If you encounter some troubles let us know also to improve it.
